Privacy Policy

Welcome to MVA — MY VISUAL AGENT ("MVA", "we", "us"). MVA is a visual studio service operated on the RedCubix platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use MVA.

By using MVA, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account information: name, email address and password when you register. Your account and credits are shared with the RedCubix platform.
• Google sign-in: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name, email) from Google.
• Your content: the requests you type, the plans and prompts created for you, and the reference images you attach.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Activity records: your searches, item views and item selections inside MVA, used only for your personalized recommendations. You can pause recording or reset these records at any time in My Settings.
• Usage and log data: requests, error logs and generation status needed to run and troubleshoot the service.
• Cookies: a session cookie, a guest cookie and a language cookie (MVA2_*). See section 5.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Providing the studio: plan writing, image generation and your results library
• Personalizing the home recommendations from your own activity records
• Managing your account, credits and generation charges
• Responding to your inquiries and support requests
• Preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our Terms of Service
• Complying with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

• AI providers: your request text, plan content and attached reference images are sent to Google Gemini and/or OpenAI APIs to write plans and generate images, depending on the model you select.
• RedCubix platform: account, credit and generation records are processed on the shared platform infrastructure that MVA runs on.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, legal process or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Attached reference images are temporary and are removed after their storage period (currently 24 hours).
• Generated results are shown in My Creations for a limited period (currently 7 days for members). Deleting a result also deletes its stored files on our servers.
• Activity records used for recommendations are kept for a limited period and can be reset by you at any time in My Settings.
• We may retain certain records where required for legal compliance.

5. Cookies

• Essential cookies: sign-in session and guest identification (required for the service to work).
• Preference cookies: your language choice (Korean/English).

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of MVA from working.

6. Your Rights

• Update or correct your account information
• Delete individual results, or your account and associated MVA data
• Pause or reset the activity records used for recommendations (My Settings)
• Request a copy of your personal data by contacting us

7. AI-Generated Content

• Your requests and reference images are processed by AI models to create plans and images.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.
• We may review content for Terms of Service compliance.

8. Children's Privacy

MVA is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the service, and the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
